THEREFORE, THE WOLF-HAUS GUARANTEE ENSURES THE FREE REPLACEMENT for our products THAT might ARRIVE IN A STATE CONSIDERED LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE TO OUR OWN QUALITY STANDARDS. THIS SPECIFICALLY REFERS TO DAMAGE possibly INCURRED DURING THE initial SHIPPING PROCESS to the buyer. IT ALSO PROTECTS AGAINST MATERIAL DEFECTS OR ELUSIVE PRODUCTION ERRORS that might have gone overlooked on our end. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER GENERALIZED WEAR & TEAR THAT RESULTS FROM THE APPROPRIATE USE OF AN ITEM THROUGHOUT ITS LIFETIME. Shipping policy
Wolf-Haus industries greatly appreciates your consideration to employ the use of our products. orders for in stock items are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority mail. we cannot guarantee that orders will ship or be delivered on weekends or holidays, although exceptions to this circumstance may occur.
return policy
when purchasing product(s) from wolf-haus industries, Every customer is granted a 14 Day grace period in which they can return said item(s) for a full refund, so long as the following criteria are met:
- the item(s) are in the original packaging
- The item(s) have not been used, damaged, or modified
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The item(S) were purchased for the regularly listed price at the time of original transaction (i.e. on sale/discounted/discontinued items are not eligible for refund under conditions of the return policy)
Wolf-haus Industries is not liable for incidents in which the item(s) are damaged or lost during the returning transit. nor are we responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping when seeking a refund. We can only issue refunds for returned items that we actually recieve, thus it is strongly advised to use an insured carrier provides tracking.

Manufacturing services are Not subject to the same policies & terms listed above for wolf-haus products. Deadlines, Tolerances, Shipping options & all additional details are to be determined on a contractual basis.
