40 Taper Tightening Fixture

Comprised of hard anodized 6061 aluminum, alloy steel hardware, & low carbon steel lugs. Fixture securely holds any of the various 40 taper toolholders (CAT40, BT40, NMTB40) in an upright position, for installing/changing collets, cutting tools & pull studs. Intended to be mounted onto a workbench or another flat surface. Specifically created with enough clearance for (CAT40 & BT40) pull studs to be installed in a vertical orientation, from components of 9/16″ – 5/8″ thickness, the Wolf-Haus fixture provides superior rigidity over the thin walls of our competitors’ devices that attempt to secure toolholders horizontally. Like the rest of our tools, all machining, anodizing, & design work is done in house and PROUDLY manufactured in the United States of America!
